Dear Writing friends,
I’m sending this message to you from beautiful Vancouver, where I’m on a short research trip. (I’ll write more about this in weeks to come.)
In the meantime, here’s a picture that I took on my walk yesterday of the magnificent totem poles at Brockton Point in Stanley Park, made by First Nations artists. Each one is carved from red cedar and tells many stories.
The rest of this post is the Sunday Writing Experiment for Dear Writing members, with thanks for helping me to keep this community going.
Huge thanks to all of you, wherever you’re reading this today.
